I have the buttons there in the car on the console and near the radio. There is a dial pad and there are the call and end buttons and also on the steering wheel. I also have a bluetooth cell phone. I am confused to how to set it up so that when my phone rings I can pick it up with the keys in my car?

You need to have your phone scan for the bluetooth. Any devices should come up on your phone. If you know the ID# on the bluetooth, look for the ID your phone detected, then you select that ID and it should be able to use it.
