The smart key will not turn in the ignition. The batteries in the key are new, it will lock & unlock the doors, roll the windows up & down, and open the trunk. The Battery was load tested and it seems o k, the lights & radio come on, all the seat adjustments work, but the key won't turn to start the car, also the steering wheel is not locked, it will turn both ways.
