If you're a driving enthusiast then BMW all the way.
Better performance, better resale value, better car all the way around.
Just make sure you buy one that was built AFTER march when they added the oil cooler to it. Prior to that the Oil heats up too much due to the Turbo.
BMW isn't making a "recall" but did change the build after March.

The BMW definitely it is just a better car, it is faster and it just came out this year and it is just better all over in every thing including comfort style and performance.

the 335 will have less problems in the long run both will hold their value i would say the slk would hold it better than the 3 series but for the added reliability i would go with the BMW (if i had the money a new Audi S5 would be nice).

BMW, no car has better resale...it's "the ultimate driving machine" for a reason.

BMW- bigger, better quality, amazing warranty, top shelf materials, BMW Badge, more luxury, resale is amazing

Mercedes- MB Badge, better deal cause nobody will buy one

Its a tough one!
