Please can you help me???

I have a E320 cdi auto and have currently experiended a new Noise.

when I start the car first thing and slow at junctions the car starts to make a winding/groning noise, which is quite load as you can hear it over the engine.

It sounds like when the wing mirrors close when you lock the car.

please can any1 help as i want to fix it asap if its a serious problem.
