Yes it could be the computer...or a automatic system check...if you are still worried ya as said take it to the dealer and they will use DAS and then can fix it with the click o a button

it may be that the computer is doing a check on the airbag system, although if it only does this occasionally, then take to dealer for service. this may indicate that there is a problem with the system. if not checked and repaired it may not deploy in an accident compromising your and your passenger's safety.
