There was torrential rain while I was away and the foot well of the rear driver's side seat was flooded. The car is dead but will start with jumper cables.There seems to be a short in the electrical system as when the engine is running the front seat heating lights are on and can't be turned off. Where is the 'outside fuse box' for the front heating system?
