...2006 Mercedes Benz S600? if it was taken back to the 1940s, of course it cant, but with the technology then could they replicate it, and what systems? I think they could replicated the body and interior but not the technological systems, what do you guys think?

Certainly the electronics would have them completely baffled. Some of the materials, particularly plastics, would be beyond them. They would also be missing modern metallurgy. They might not even notice it, but modern engines use alloys that were not in existence in the 1940's. So if they could ever get their copy to run (very doubtful, considering they'd be at a loss to duplicate the engine controls), it would wear out or break a lot sooner.

They might also have a hard time putting it together without modern robotic welding equipment. Without modern machining and casting techniques, they would probably find some of the parts very difficult to fabricate.
