Which is more reliable. I have heard Mercedes got alot of electrical defects. Just curious. It got more luxury but is it worth it. I am getting a 2005 mercedes for 29000 and a 2005 maxima for 23000. I can manage to spend 29000 but is it worth spending the money ?

The Mercedes is going to be more expensive to own. The Maxima is definitely a nice car but it isnt a Mercedes. Do you want the Mercedes status? And along with it the repair bills? Or is just owning a nice Nissan okay? And having a little more reliable and cost effective transportation. They are both nice, you couldnt go wrong with either one.

If you want raw power I would go with the Nissan, but i mean
a benz is a benz, you'll definetly get more ladies...

Mercedes C320 Better quality!!!!

The Maxima SE is a really great car, and much better in bad weather than the M-B. I have not heard of the Maxima SL, but I would only buy the SE model because it has a better suspension.

$$ wise & quality wise they are both good cars, it also depends on the year. but you can hook up the looks a maxima real sweet, so its up to what u wanna pay
