How would you compare. Which one will you get ? a 2005 Mercedes benz C320 or a Nissan Maxima 2005 ?

WoW, that is a very easy question to answer. I have to say that the Nissan is a way better car dollar for dollar. You get way more horsepower and stock for stock you get a lot more. For starters if you get a Benz, you need to buy a Benz...meaning the lowest class to get if you want a Benz is the C-class. Anything lower is for those that was the name. But when you get the Maxima, you get the best of Nissans (top level). That is all I got to say.
