My Car has a very annoying intermittant problem. It will run for weeks without a hiccup and then it will start from cold, run OK but if you turn it off it will refuse to start. Leave it 15 - 20 and it will start and run as though nothing has happened. Anyone else had this problem and any solutions. Thanks
Sorry Yeah I meant to say petrol.
I have only had it for a few weeks. The previous owner had the same problem and they used it for long distance driving so I would assume that it was not kept low on fuel although I never had the need to fill it right up. Do you think that might be a problem.
I should add it had had new plugs and a new petrol filter in the last fortnight.
Its a 98 on an R reg.
