This is the latest model so it is all electronics and computerised.

When the car is stationary it revs itself up and down again. This just started happening lately but before that the engine light on the HUD had been on for a while.

At first the dealer told me one of the cylinders was misfiring. Got that check and still no change. Then I was told it was the transmission oil/fluid, got that changed and still no fix. Now I am being told that the problem is with the intake manifold.

Can anybody give suggestions as to what the real problem could be.
