When I lock the doors with the remote, about 20 seconds later my alarm goes off for no reason. It is really embarrassing. Anyone knows how to disable the alarm until I find time to take it to the dealer?

If you search online you can find the wire schematics for the power distribution center, find the fuse that supplies power to the alarm system and if it does not have a fuse you can simply cut the mail power line to the alarm system
