350SL wont start, just cranks, battery is good, has gas, carburetted.

start with the most logical thing ,spark..if it sparks try a compression test if no spark check igntion sysyem
dont want to remove spark plugs? spray some starting fluid in the intake if it fires up you got spark and at least some compression from there its all elimination process

You need fuel, comression, and fire to run.
