Drove my new to me c 270 home and not been able to start it , no obvious codes on handheld diag so whats wrong. It just turns over and it doesn,t fire up. It was low on fuel when I got home so went and got some fuel in a can and filled up with 15 litres. Still nothing. Any suggestions please , it has moved a few yards and parked on a reasonable flat , well no real slope......Then it failed to start 5days later early morn, started later in the afternoon it has fired up once before I got went for some fuel for it , ran for 20mns., then stopped not been able sinceIs there a fuel cut off that has been triggered or something like that .:(

One thing occurs to me is that car is sitting a very very slight slope aye enough that water would drain off and although I have put enough fuel in to make the guage jump to over quarter of a tank,the reserve light is still on!
