I bought a set of smd led sidelight bulbs.
Fitted fine and looked good with a slight blue hint.
After a couple of weeks, one of them stopped working,
So i removed it to have a look and found that it looked like it had burnt itself.
So i bought another set, fitted them and they also lasted only a few weeks.
It was then that i realised that it was not the fault of the bulbs but the close proximity to the fog/main beem buld that had burnt it.
So it was back to normal glass bulbs. (so much for trying to save on power).
